This pure and fresh flavour which was created in a very elaborate process, is a perfect companion for the pure, original green tea taste of the Chinese Matcha. This Matcha, which you can also try combined with the Matcha Lemon or Strawberry, can be infused with 80-90°C hot water and should be frothed with the bamboo whisk for 1-2 minutes. The grass-green, creamy and frothy Matcha forms an excellently mild, yet intensive base for the flavour.
