Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS UNLESS FAULTY
If you wish to return any of the products you have ordered, we will accept the return and issue a full refund if:
you contact us about the refund within 14 days of receiving the product, and
the product is unopened, unused and undamaged, and
the product is returned to us.
The price of return postage will not be refunded and the refund will only be issues after we have received the returned product and confirmed above state. The refund given will be for the price paid for the product and does not include shipping.
If we send you the wrong product by mistake, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will send you the correct product with free shipping. If we need you to send us back the incorrect product, we will pay for the return shipping.
If you believe you have received a faulty product, then please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue to determine if the product is faulty and if we agree that there is a fault we will issue you with a replacement or refund if:
you contacted us about the faulty product within 7 days of receiving the product,
we have verified the faulty product,
If we require the faulty product to be returned, we will pay for return shipping and we will either replace the product with free shipping or refund the amount paid for the product.
